The Scout Tee is a woven t-shirt with cap sleeves and scoop neck and one of our most popular patterns. Fitted at the shoulders and relaxed below the bust, it's perfect on its own for spring and summer and an ideal layering piece under blazers and cardigans year-round.

Techniques involved include straight seams, sewing darts, applying a bias facing, setting sleeves and basic hemming.

SUGGESTED FABRICS: Light to medium light weight fabrics such as cotton, silk, lawn, voile, charmeuse, crepe de chine or wool crepe. Extra fabric needed to match plaids, stripes or one-way design fabrics.
