Visit Fabric Mart’s retail store located in Sinking Spring, PA. We are about an hour west of Philadelphia and just 30 minutes from Lancaster, PA.

Our retail fabric store is a treasure trove for the fabric enthusiast. The selection is different from the website and exclusive to the retail store. You’ll find fantastic sales, from $1.99 fabric deals to ‘finish the bolt’ specials. We also stock a variety of notions, sewing patterns and Gutermann thread.

In addition to our exclusive in-store selection, you can browse and purchase any fabric from our website. There’s nothing like seeing and feeling fabric in person, and we’re thrilled to provide that experience. With six rooms full of fabric, you might find yourself exploring our store for hours! Our friendly staff is always ready to assist you in finding exactly what you need.

Store Hours:

Monday through Friday — 8am-4:30pm

While we don’t have consistent Saturday hours, we do open on a Saturday about 3-4 times a year. We announce this on social media, Google and in our retail store emails.
