Ordering

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, & ShopPay.

To use a coupon during checkout, simply add the items you want to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. There, you'll find a field labeled "Discount code." Enter your coupon code in this field and click "Apply." The discount will be automatically deducted from your total, and you'll see the updated amount before completing your purchase. Be sure to enter the code exactly as provided, as they are often case-sensitive. If the coupon is valid, the discount will be applied; otherwise, please double-check the code or any specific terms related to it.

To use your gift card code, add the items you wish to purchase to your cart and proceed to checkout. On the checkout page, you'll find a field labeled "Gift card." Enter your gift card code into this field and click "Apply." The value of the gift card will be deducted from your total purchase amount. If the gift card doesn’t cover the full amount, you can pay the remaining balance using another payment method. Make sure to enter the code exactly as provided to ensure it is applied correctly.

You can find your orders by logging into your account on our website. Once you're logged in, navigate to the "My Account" or "Order History" section. Here, you'll see a list of all your past orders, along with details like order numbers, dates, and statuses. If you click on a specific order, you can view more detailed information, including the items purchased, shipping details, and tracking information if applicable. If you checked out as a guest, you might need to refer to your order confirmation email to track your purchase.

Shipping & Returns

We ship with Fedex and USPS.

We ship to all 50 states in the United States plus its territories and Canada. Shipping fees may vary by location. See our Shipping Policy page for more information.

To track your order, log in to your account and go to the "Order History" or "My Orders" section. Find the order you want to track and click on it to view the details. If your order has been shipped, you'll see a tracking number along with a link to the carrier's website where you can track the shipment in real-time. If you checked out as a guest, you can find the tracking information in your order confirmation or shipping notification email.

We offer $9.99 flat rate shipping for all orders placed within the contiguous United States. This includes APO. You can order as little or as much as you would like for that amount.

We also offer $14.99 expedited shipping to the contiguous United States. This will put your order to the front of the line and ship same or next business day (depending on when you’re ordering.) We will also not ship it Smartpost or other slower mail options.

If you are ordering from Canada or outside the contiguous United States, actual shipping will be applied. You will be required to agree to the shipping terms in order to proceed through checkout. We are unable to estimate your shipping until your fabric has been cut and boxed. We use USPS for international orders and we will ship whichever method ends up being least expensive in each case.

We cut and ship orders in the order they are received. We generally get orders cut and shipped out within 2-3 days of your order being placed. This can vary during big sales. We try our best to post a note on the homepage during these busier times.

Once the order leaves our facility it can take anywhere from 2-10 days depending where you live. We are shipping from Southeast Pennsylvania so in most cases the closer you are to PA, the quicker you will receive it.

*If you need your order ASAP, you can choose Expedited shipping at checkout. Expedited shipping is $14.99 and will put your order to the front of the line and ship same or next business day (depending on what time of day you’re ordering.) We will also not ship it Smartpost or other slower mail options.

For orders shipping outside the contiguous US, we cannot guarantee how long it will take to receive your order.

We’re sorry to hear that you have an issue with your order! Whether you received the wrong item or there is a flaw in your fabric, please contact us at contact us with information about your concern. We will get back to you as soon as possible. (As-is fabric is non-returnable.)

We have a 30-day return policy. Please ship your uncut/unwashed fabrics back to us within 30 days and include the invoice and the reason for the return. Once we receive your item, we will refund the payment method used minus original shipping charges. It may take 10-15 business days to process your return and credit your account. Please Note: We do not pay return shipping charges unless there was a mistake on our end.

Please inspect the contents of your package as soon as the order arrives. After our 30-day guarantee has expired we will be unable to return your item(s). Open packages such as notions and patterns are non-returnable. As-is fabric is non-returnable.

General Questions

Unfortunately, we do not send out fabric swatches. Our inventory moves very quickly therefore we wouldn’t be able to guarantee the fabric would still be available. However we do have a swatch club called Julie's Picks. The Julie's Picks page will explain everything you need to know about the swatch club.

Our gift cards make a great gift! You can purchase one for any dollar amount. The gift card will be sent directly to the recipient. Purchase a gift card here.

We buy deadstock (or closeout) fabrics, so the yardage we show is what we have available. Fabrics are generally not reorderable from where we get it from.

We carry deadstock (or closeout) designer fashion fabric. “Deadstock” is a trendy term for excess fabric that a manufacturer no longer wants. Rather than throwing it away, we buy it at a very low price and resell it at a deep discount. Sometimes we get in quilt-weight cotton or home decor, but it’s not our main product.

We no longer have a wholesale division and do not offer additional discounts on our fabric.

We do! Our brick-and-mortar store is an outlet-type setup where we offer deep discounts on fabric exclusive to our store. You can also see, feel and purchase website fabric in this location.

We are based in Sinking Spring, PA, which is about a hour outside of Philadelphia. Learn more about our retail store.

We buy excess fabric from businesses such as designers, small manufacturers, mills and any other business that has leftover fabric. We do not purchase cut pieces or personal fabric stashes. Learn more about what we buy here.
