Add a finishing touch to your handmade garments with this 3/4" Fold Over Elastic. Use it to finish off necklines, waistbands, swimwear, undergarments and more. Fold over elastic can also be used for headbands.

The elastic has a slight sheen branded text weave on one side and matte on the other allowing for flexibility in aesthetics. There is a crease along the center for easier folding and sewing.
