I am craving wool gabardines and ponte knits in fun autumn colors.
What about you?

I would love some sweatshirt fleece (NOT the fleece that's all over local fabric stores). Also some knits for jackets. Colorways: red, olive or moss green, indigo blues, charcoal treys. Thanks!

I second your pontes and gabs. I add to them tribal prints.

The reenacting community loves your 100% wool fabrics, especially the light and medium weight suiting and Shetland wools.

Although vendor advertising is not allowed, if you would like to follow some of their discussions, check out www.thesewingacademy.org. Your sales almost always receive mention.

I would love to see a selection of wool jersey and interlock! Also wool coating and cotton twill bottomweights.

I'd like some drapey fabrics which could be layered over co-ordinating fabrics. I'd prefer knit sliks and linens in warm colours.

I agree with ponte knits in fall colors and prints. I would like jacket weight fabrics in interesting fabrics.

I would like some thin drapey fabric knit that could be layered over the pants or tunics. I'd prefer linen or slik in warm colours.

I would love more of BPC3584 Brown Maggy London Poly/Rayon/Lycra Suiting 58 in this brown and other colors (like olive, black, red, khaki, grey, navy, ivory)…the fabric is FANTASTIC!

also, last year I bought the Micro-Pique Knit Polyester in tan, light sable and midnight navy and I would love this fabric in grey (not like "sweatshirt" grey, where it's sort of a mottled, grey/whitish color, but just true Grey) red, olive, brown, hot pink, deep purple, well, you get the idea. This fabric is also really fabulous.

I also have a thing for anything Maggy London

I'd like a rainbow selection of nice, washable lining fabric (but not nylon, it makes a summer skirt far too hot) something that feels/acts like silk, but that is machine washable on a normal cycle

also, I look for what I call ballet pink, which is kind of a peachy, flesh-toned, dusty pink and not true bright pink, or kid-pink

I will nearly always buy anything in this shade of pink, unless it is Dry Clean Only…I steer clear of those fabrics as they just don't work in my life very well

I would like to see all colors of wool crepe and wool boucle, especially colors like soft pink and fushia. Thanks

Boucle, machine washable bottom weights, and border prints. Textured knits would be great, too.

Living in Texas, we do not have an opportunity to wear the colder weather fabrics and layers. Many winter days do not require even a coat but just a jacket. We do get wet weather and love water repellant rain gear that is light weight. During our winter, we wear heavier knits and cottons. Wool jersey and lightweight wools are fine, polyesters and silks for tops. We wear flannels and fleeces. Look for embellishments and trims. Denim and chambrays. We love accessories, gloves, hats, scarves, purses, shawls, sweaters and look for fabrics to make these.

Here's another vote for linen knit.

My vote is for wool knits: ponte and jersey! Silk jersey would be a close second.

Wools! (especially washable wools). Stretch denims of varying weights. Double knits/pontes. Jewel tones.
