Henley Top and Bodysuit Pattern Design Class with Pamela Leggett - November 6 & 13, 6-9pm ET via Zoom

Take one great tried-and-true pattern (Pamela’s Patterns #104 The Perfect T-Shirt) and some fun design techniques to make the most of a pattern that works well for you.  If you attended previous pattern hacking/design classes, you already have numerous ways to change up your pattern to make it unique. Join this class to add to what you have learned or start designing here – no previous experience is required; Pamela will guide you through the design process!

We will be learning two new design challenges – Come and get your inner designer inspired!

First, we will tackle the bodysuit.  With styles trending toward a tucked in top look, a bodysuit will be your best friend!  But don’t think this style has to be tight and form fitting, if you like a looser fit, we can make that happen!

Next, we will recreate the classic henley style top. This classic never seems to go out of style, and you will love the process of getting the front placket into the neckline. Different neckline options will be discussed, and we will also make a shaped cuff for the sleeve.

Join Pamela Leggett, a nationally-known sewing teacher in this live, virtual sewing class. Sessions are held on Zoom. You will be able to sew along with Pamela and get real-time help during the class. Don't want to sew along? That's ok! You can watch it live or watch the recording later. Recordings are sent the day after class and are available for one month.
